Our planning methodology involves designing a virtual structure and execution strategy of product by our Senior team members and Sales department with keeping client’s input in in mind.
Taking SRS as a reference, We usually create more than one design approach for the product and the best design approach has been used further for the development.
We prefer to design a SRS document including minute product details and get them approved from the client’s end and Marketing Analyst.
The programming code is generated wrt the design approach. Our developers strictly follow the coding guidelines defined by the Organizational Head.
We follow Manual and Unit testing formula to test the product. All the product defects, issues are continually tracked by our experienced QA team until the product reaches the decided quality standards.
After testing we prefer to release the product in limited segment and thus tested in a real business environment. Based on the feedback the final product get released and maintenance is done for existing customer base.
